Here are the four Hofmann’s who made the farm what it is today.
Mike: The man who helps visualize and creates to make the dreams come true.
Hanna, the photographer, taste tester and animal lover.
Emmy, the firecracker who takes a while to fall in love with farming.
Me, who is loving to play and work in the garden and is thankful to call the farm our home.


What we grow
For the past 8 years I have been growing high quality, non certified organically grown salad greens. Each leaf in your mix is hand cut. I love creating a mix of colors, tastes and shapes which change with the seasons. During the summer seasons we also offer fresh basil by the pound.

A handful of greens
Our greens contain a mix of brassicas, mustard seeds, lettuces, asian greens and sorrels. Each batch is cut with care and attention.

Natural and careful
It is our highest belief to live and work in balance with nature. No spray or chemical fertilizer is ever used in or around the farm and all seeds are carefully chosen from close by seed farms.

Basil
Each basil plant in our greenhouse is grown from organic seeds and tended to from February on until the first harvest late May/early June until the end of September.
Our farm and garden
We love finding reasons to celebrate, eat together with family and friends and are always open for small gatherings, special chef’s creations and music events.
