What we grow

Hofmann's Farm produces naturally grown salad mixes, arugula and basil.  Our goal is to produce a large variety of tastes, colors, shapes and nutrition using only local suppliers as partners.  Our seeds come from near, our fertilizers from our own compost, stinging nettles, farm animals, and organic farm inputs from local stores.
